The equipment was produced and prepared for shipment at the Xingye Machinery factory in China before being loaded for international transportation. After arriving in Bulgaria, the main equipment sections were positioned and assembled at the customer's site, followed by initial testing and commissioning.
According to the customer's initial feedback, the equipment performed satisfactorily during basic operation. Automatic operating mode still required further configuration and commissioning, and Xingye Machinery continued to provide technical support for this work.

Factory Preparation and Shipment to Bulgaria
Before shipment, the concrete batching plant was checked and prepared at the Xingye Machinery factory.
The equipment sections and related components were packaged and protected for long-distance international transportation. The prepared equipment was then loaded into containers and dispatched from China to Bulgaria.
For this Bulgaria project, Xingye Machinery coordinated equipment checks, packaging, protection and container loading before shipment.
On-Site Installation in Bulgaria
After the equipment arrived in Bulgaria, installation work began at the customer's project site.
The equipment sections were unloaded, lifted and positioned according to the site arrangement. The aggregate batching and conveying sections were assembled step by step, followed by the connection of the related mechanical, electrical and control components.

Once the main equipment had been assembled, the project moved to the initial testing and commissioning stage.
Initial Testing and Commissioning
After installation, the control, conveying and batching functions were checked during initial operation testing.
The customer also participated in the equipment operation and checked the control system at the project site.
At this stage, the basic operating functions had been tested, while the automatic operating mode still required further configuration and commissioning.
This distinction is important because the equipment had already entered the initial operating stage, but the automatic mode had not yet been fully activated.
Xingye Machinery therefore continued to communicate with the customer and provide technical support for the remaining commissioning work.
Supporting Local Concrete Production in Bulgaria
The concrete batching plant will support the customer's concrete production activities in Bulgaria.
During the initial operating stage, the customer was able to test the equipment's batching, conveying and control functions at the project site.
For overseas customers, equipment performance is only one part of a batching plant project. Transportation, site installation, system connection, commissioning and operator familiarization also affect how the equipment is put into use.
