The arbitration shall take place in Shenzhen, China, and shall be conducted in English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
11. Waiver
