Three customers from Algeria visited Xingye Machinery for an on-site factory inspection. After touring the production facilities and holding in-depth discussions on the project solution, the delegation signed a cooperation agreement with Xingye Machinery.
Recently, a three-member customer delegation from Algeria visited Xingye Machinery for an on-site factory inspection and project discussion.
Accompanied by the company’s management team, the customers toured Xingye Machinery’s offices and manufacturing facilities, gaining a closer understanding of the company’s production capabilities, equipment manufacturing process and project support services.
Following the factory visit and several rounds of technical and commercial discussions, the two sides reached an agreement and officially signed a cooperation contract.
A Closer Look at Xingye Machinery’s Production Capabilities
During the visit, the Algerian delegation toured Xingye Machinery’s production workshop and inspected several key areas of the manufacturing process.
The customers reviewed concrete batching plant equipment, concrete mixers, aggregate batching systems and other major components, while also observing welding, assembly and quality inspection processes on the production line.
For overseas customers, an on-site factory visit provides a more direct way to evaluate a manufacturer beyond product brochures and online communication.
By seeing the production environment, manufacturing process and equipment assembly firsthand, the delegation was able to gain a clearer understanding of Xingye Machinery’s manufacturing capabilities and quality-control procedures.
Respecting Customer Culture and Religious Practices
During the visit, Xingye Machinery also provided facilities that respect the cultural and religious practices of its international customers.
The company has prepared a dedicated prayer room for overseas visitors who may need a quiet and appropriate space for prayer during their stay.

After a lengthy exchange and multiple rounds of solution confirmation, the Algerian delegation and Xingye Machinery reached a final agreement and formally signed the cooperation contract.
The signing marks an important step forward in the project, moving the cooperation from factory inspection and technical discussion into the execution stage.
Cooperation Moves Into the Production and Delivery Stage
Following the contract signing, Xingye Machinery will proceed with the next stages of the project according to the agreed requirements.
The company will continue to coordinate with the customer throughout production, quality inspection, delivery, installation and technical support.
For an overseas equipment project, signing the contract is only the beginning.
From production and shipment to installation and commissioning, each stage plays an important role in the successful delivery of the final project.
