A customer from the United Arab Emirates visited Xingye Machinery to complete a pre-shipment inspection of a concrete batching plant project valued at approximately US$240,000, marking another step toward final delivery.
Recently, a customer from the United Arab Emirates, Mr. Hassan, visited Xingye Machinery’s manufacturing base to complete a pre-shipment inspection of the concrete batching plant equipment he had ordered.
The project order is valued at approximately US$240,000. During the factory visit, the customer inspected the equipment manufacturing, welding, assembly and overall completion status, and discussed packing, transportation and follow-up project support with the Xingye Machinery team.
With the inspection completed, the equipment will now move into packing and delivery preparation.
From Facebook Inquiry to Factory Inspection
This cooperation began online.
Mr. Hassan first learned about Xingye Machinery through Facebook and then contacted the team directly. The two sides continued discussions around project requirements, equipment configuration, production arrangements and delivery planning.
For overseas equipment buyers, product specifications are only part of the purchasing decision. Confidence in manufacturing capability, equipment quality and service support also plays an important role before an order moves into delivery.
The customer’s factory visit provided an opportunity to review project progress and confirm delivery details face to face before shipment.
Pre-Shipment Inspection Provides a Closer Look at Equipment Quality
Large concrete equipment passes through multiple stages between production and operation at an overseas project site, including manufacturing, inspection, packing, transportation, installation and commissioning.
For this reason, pre-shipment inspection is an important part of the project delivery process.
By inspecting the equipment on site, customers can better understand the manufacturing status and discuss project-specific requirements directly with the technical team.
During this visit, both sides focused on the completion status of the equipment and the next delivery steps, helping prepare the project for transportation and site implementation.
Project Moves Into the Delivery Stage
Following the successful inspection, the concrete batching plant equipment will proceed to packing and shipment preparation.
According to the current project schedule, the customer expects to receive the equipment in about one month.
After arrival at the project site, installation, commissioning and technical support will remain important parts of the overall delivery process.
Mr. Hassan also indicated that he plans to expand his concrete-related business in the future and looks forward to continued after-sales and technical support from Xingye Machinery.
From Digital Lead Generation to Overseas Delivery
This UAE project also reflects how Xingye Machinery’s overseas customer journey can progress from digital marketing to project delivery.
The customer first discovered the company through Facebook, then moved through online communication, equipment configuration, manufacturing and finally on-site pre-shipment inspection.
For Xingye Machinery, digital marketing is not only a channel for generating overseas inquiries. The more important step is turning an initial inquiry into a long-term customer relationship through technical communication, manufacturing, delivery and after-sales support.
