The WBZ300–600 stabilized soil mixing plant features a continuous twin-shaft compulsory mixing system designed for high-capacity and efficient production of stabilized soil materials. With an output range of 300–600 t/h, the plant is widely used in highway base construction, municipal road projects, airport runways, and large-scale infrastructure developments.

The WBZ600 achieves a continuous output of 600 m³/h under standard conditions with 5% cement content and normal soil moisture. Output varies with material gradation and moisture content.
The screw conveyor and weighing system achieves cement dosing accuracy of ±1%, meeting Chinese JTG/T F20 highway base stabilization standards.
Yes. Standard equipment includes a dust collection system on the mixer head and cement inlet. A secondary bag filter is available as an option for stricter environmental requirements.
WBZ stationary plants require a reinforced concrete foundation pad. Our engineers provide foundation design drawings based on your soil survey data. Foundation construction typically takes 10–20 days.
