No. The YHZS series uses a bolted steel frame structure that sits directly on leveled ground. No concrete foundation works are required, which significantly reduces installation cost and time.
2. How long does installation take on a typical site?
A standard YHZS50 can be fully installed and commissioned in 2–3 working days by a 4-person crew with standard tools. Larger models (YHZS75–YHZS100) typically take 3–5 days.
3. Can the YHZS plant be moved between project sites?
Yes. The plant is designed for repeated relocation. Disassembly takes approximately 1–2 days. All structural components are bolted, not welded, so no cutting equipment is needed.
4. What control system is included?
All YHZS plants include a fully automated PLC control system with touchscreen interface, batching recipe storage (50+ mix designs), real-time production logging, and remote diagnostics capability.
5. What after-sales support is included?
All YHZS plants include a 24-month warranty, 2-hour remote response SLA, 7-day spare parts delivery to port, and online video commissioning support. On-site engineering service is available at additional cost.
6. Can it operate in cold climates?
