About the SLM Series

Mix, Load, Transport — One Machine Does It All

Self-loading mixer trucks eliminate the need for a separate batching plant on small sites. Automatic water dosing, 270° rotating drum, and 4WD drive make them ideal for remote, hillside, and off-road projects.

We replaced our old Italian mixers with Xingye's Twin-Shaft JS3000. The mixing homogeneity is identical, but the maintenance cost is 40% lower.

Installation was surprisingly fast. The engineers arrived on time and had the 60m³/h plant running in just 10 days. Great training for our local team.

We need equipment that works in -20°C winters. Xingye's heating system and insulated cladding performed perfectly. A reliable partner for harsh climates.

Common Questions

Self-Loading Concrete Mixer Truck Series FAQ

1. Does it require a separate water supply?

No. Self-loading mixer trucks carry an onboard 300–600L water tank. The automatic dosing system measures and adds the correct water quantity per batch without external supply.

The integrated drum achieves coefficient of variation (CV) ≤8%, meeting Chinese and international standards for structural concrete. It is suitable for residential, road, and rural infrastructure work.

Yes. 4WD drive and high ground clearance allow operation on slopes up to 35° and on unpaved or muddy terrain. Hydraulic outriggers are standard for uneven ground stability during loading.

From loading aggregates to finished discharge takes approximately 10–14 minutes for a standard mix at 1.2m³ capacity. Larger 3.5–4.0m³ models take 14–18 minutes per cycle.

24-month warranty covers all manufacturing defects. Wear parts (drum blades, loading bucket teeth) are excluded but available from our spare parts inventory with 7-day delivery.
