1. What foundation is required for an HZS plant?
HZS stationary plants require a reinforced concrete foundation. Our engineers provide foundation drawings tailored to your soil bearing capacity. Typical foundation preparation takes 7–14 days.
2. What is the mixing cycle time for the HZS120?
The HZS120 completes one mixing cycle in approximately 72 seconds using a JS2000 twin-shaft mixer, achieving a real-world output of approximately 90–100 m³/h under standard conditions.
3. How many cement silos can be connected?
Standard configurations include 1–2 cement silos. Up to 4 silos can be connected with extended piping. Silo capacities range from 100T to 1000T depending on project storage requirements.
4. Does the control system support multiple mix designs?
Yes. The PLC system stores 50+ mix recipes, supports automatic and manual modes, generates production reports, and can integrate with weighbridge or ERP systems via Modbus.
5. What is the delivery time for an HZS120?
Standard HZS120 plants are completed and ready to ship within 30–45 days of order confirmation. Custom configurations may require 45–60 days.
