The JS1000 has a 1000L mixing drum volume and produces approximately 667L of finished concrete per batch (discharge capacity). At a 90-second cycle time, output is approximately 25–28 m³/h as a standalone mixer.
Under normal concrete production conditions, mixing arms last 80,000–120,000 batches. Liner plates typically last 50,000–80,000 batches. Wear-resistant alloy variants are available for extending service life.
Yes. JS series mixers are the standard mixer unit in all HZS batching plants. Mounting dimensions are standardized across JS500, JS750, JS1000, JS1500, JS2000, and JS3000 models.
Yes. The JS twin-shaft design handles dry-hard concrete, fiber-reinforced concrete, and high-slump pumpable mixes. Hydraulic-opening discharge doors are recommended for high-fiber applications.
