1. What is the standard warranty period?

All Xingye equipment includes a 24-month warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Extended warranty options are available upon request.

Yes. Our engineers travel worldwide for on-site installation, commissioning, and operator training. We provide complete documentation including installation drawings, commissioning reports, and operator manuals.

Standard configurations are completed and ready to ship within 30–45 days after order confirmation. Custom configurations or larger equipment may require 45–60 days.

All equipment is manufactured to ISO 9001 quality management standards and holds CE marking for export to European and international markets. CNAS laboratory certification covers our testing facilities.

We provide 2-hour remote response for technical issues, 7-day spare parts delivery to port, online video commissioning support, and on-site engineering service. Our team covers all major time zones.
